DigiGround Computer Services - Certified Refurbished Computers

These units have been fully tested and refurbished by certified computer technicians. We test these units throughly for any hardware issue and replace faulty or failing components. Machines have been upgraded (see listing for details) and carry fully licensed software. We are a registered Microsoft Refurbisher (DigiGround Computer Services LLC, Albuquerque, NM 87111). See listing for details of any warranty.

Scratch and Dent: This item has serious cosmetic blemishes and has many scratches, it might have some dents. Please see example. Product manuals and CDs will not be included. However, it has been tested, and it in working condition with flaws noted. 

DigiGround LLC Certified Refurbished : This item has been tested by our technicians to ensure it is properly working. Please expect it to have minor scuff marks, and minor scratches. Systems do not come with manuals or CDs, unless specifically specified. Batteries are only guaranteed to hold a charge of 30 minutes or more. Please see pictures and examples. 

Manufacture Certified Refurbished in Retail box: This has been recertified at the manufactures factory. They carry a limited warranty with the manufacturer. They will come with Manuals and CDs. Battery is guaranteed to hold a full charge cycle. There are very few minor cosmetic blemishes, if any. Please see the examples below. 

New Open Box: This product was new, but was opened up for either demo purposes or was a return from a customer. This would most likely carry the remaining warranty from the manufacturer. However, some items like product manuals, CDs, might not be included. For Laptops, charger and battery will be included. 

New: This item is new and in original packaging from the manufacturer. Carries standard manufacturer warranty.
